The Edgar Rice Burroughs' Digital Comic Strips Service offers 12 all-new weekly online adventures based on the classic characters and stories by the Master of Adventure, Edgar Rice Burroughs.

You have full access to our regularly updated strips from issue #1 forward.

Q: What if I am not satisfied with the service?
You can always cancel your subscription or, better yet, let us know how we can make it better! We are always open to feedback.
Q: What are the system requirements to use the service?
All you need is an up-to-date web browser, regardless of your device or operating system! We currently fully support Internet Explorer 8+, FireFox 3.5+, Chrome 21 and Safari 5.1+. Make sure you have JavaScript enabled and that your popup-blocker is disable for the site.
Q: What do I need to create an account?
You will need a free PayPal account in order to subscribe to our service; your PayPal account will be automatically billed on a yearly basis.
Q: What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via your PayPal account.

Accounts
Q: Are there any restrictions on how I use my account?
Yes; you may not share your account with any other individuals. If you login to your account from more than 5 different IP addresses (locations), within a month you will be temporarily banned and receive a "503: Service Temporarily Unavailable" error. Please wait a bit for the temporary ban to be lifted, and please do not share your account with others :)
Q: Can I change my username?
No. All your account information and form data is tied to your account name.
Q: How can I change my password / name / email / etc. ?
After you log in, click on "My Account" link just below the main navigation.
Q: I forgot my password, what do I do?
Click on the "Lost your password?" link right below the login box to reset your password.
Q: I forgot my username, what do I do?
Please contact us from the email address you used to register and full name, and we will help you retrieve your credentials back.
Q: How do I unsubscribe?
After you log in, click on "My Account" link just below the main navigation, and then scroll to the bottom of the page where you will see an orange "Unsubscribe" button.
This will take you to your PayPal dashboard. If you are prompted for login information, make sure you use your PayPal credentials, and not your Edgar Rice Burroughs Inc. account one. Once inside your PayPal account, click on Cancel Recurring Payment Profile.
Q: I have unsubscribed but I can still log in and see the comics.
When you unsubscribe, your access will not be revoked until the end of your billing cycle, as you have already paid for the given year.
Troubleshooting
Q: I am having problems logging in.
Please make sure your browser has cookies enable and that your login name / password are correct; remember they are case sensitive. Also keep in mind you need to log in with the account you created after your PayPal payment, and not your PayPal credentials directly.

Q: When I log in I get a "503: Service Temporarily Unavailable" error.

Q: When I click on a comic title, nothing happens.
The comics open up in a popup window, so make sure you disable your popup blocker or add our site as an exception.
Privacy
Q: Does the service keep track of any information that could identify me?
We store your name, username, password and email, which are used only for the purposes of the program and never disclosed to any 3rd parties.
PayPal handles all the payments and they may store additional information, depending on your PayPal account.
Q: I received an email asking me for my username and password, what should I do?
We will NEVER ask you for your password; if you receive any emails or phone calls asking you for it, do not respond, but let us know immediately.
