Even though this is San Francisco, this is probably what Chicago looked like 6 years before Edgar Rice Burroughs became an Author in the windy city

This film was “lost” for many years. It was the first 35mm film ever made. It was taken by camera mounted on the front of a cable car. It was filmed only four days before the quake.
